我来自中国，我以访问学者的身份在美国一年。
当我初次踏上美国的土地时，一切是那么新鲜又陌生，好奇又兴奋，就像孩子的眼睛看世界一样，我从美东到美西四处张望，用一双东方的眼睛在异国他乡发现和寻找，有时是一种美，有时是一份感动，有时更是一种痕迹。
不同的国家，不同的城市，不同的语言、不同的文化和历史背景，新的环境带给我巨大的冲击，延伸成种种思考和感悟。
这次展览更多表现的就是我这一年在美国的体验、经历和思考，主题大致有《中国意境》、《对话》、《痕迹》等等。

摄影是我看这个世界的眼睛，是世界每一个精彩瞬间留给我的印象；水彩是我感受这个世界的心，也是每一次表现出自己心中的印象；剪纸则是用中国的民间文化和与美国本土文化的一次对话。
《与导师Patrick Minning合影》在新墨西哥大学艺术学院我感受和体会到了很多珍贵的东西，尤其得到导师Patrick Minning的耐心帮助和指导，在导师的课程上颠覆了我之前的很多关于摄影的思维和表现方式，“创新、自我意识、真实、勇敢”等等成了我脑海中最深刻的印象，这将对我一生的艺术道路影响巨大。
水 彩 作 品
水彩绘画作品，更主要的是想表达我的所见所闻，用自己的色彩，自己的绘画艺术个性语言来表现我心中的感动和美好。Watercolor painting works, more importantly, want to express what I see and hear, with their own colors, their own painting artistic personality language to express my heart moved and beautiful.
我常常被阿尔伯克基美丽的落日黄昏而感动，我常常坐在山坡上，看着太阳缓缓落下地平线，整个城市开始星光璀璨，这一切在我的脑海里留下了巨大的深刻印象。I am often moved by the beautiful setting sun in Albuquerque, I often sit on the hillside, watching the sun slowly down the horizon, the whole city began to shine, all this left a huge impression in my mind.

《黄石公园印象》系列作品中，是表现人与自然的关系，黄石公园的温泉，就像地球上的眼睛，它是那么干净和清澈，那么有灵气，所有的美都是大自然赐给我们的，所以我们要额外的珍惜。
In the series of impression works of Yellowstone park, the main purpose is to show the relationship between man and nature. The hot springs in Yellowstone park, just like the eyes on the earth, are so clean, clear and reiki. All the beauty is given to us by nature, so we should cherish it extra.

《痕迹》系列中，又老又旧的汽车整体拍摄是一种模样，而局部看却像是一幅油画，让我思考如何在普通平凡的生活中去发现完全不一样的美。

人生的道路常常不会一帆风顺，有时候荆棘密布，有时候似乎走在漫漫的长夜路上，唯有远方的一点光明指引你坚持走下去。刚刚来到美国访学的时候，面对的一切几乎都是挑战，在不知所措中慢慢的摸索、慢慢的尝试，跌倒受挫那是常有的事情......更没有想到的是，人生的第一次个人的艺术展览会在异国他乡举办，从展览的每一盏光源到每一颗钉子，每一幅作品的打印、布展、装裱全部亲力亲为……人在陌生全新的环境里，常常会迸发出更多的能量去感受它，不知不觉中，原生的和新生的交织、思想与行动的交融、感性与理性的交替，也许这就是行走在"路上"的真正意义与价值吧。

熊晓洁，江西师范大学硕士学位。现就职于中国江西省九江学院，副教授，擅长摄影和水彩。
Xiong xiaojie holds a master's degree from Jiangxi Normal University. She is an associate professor in Jiujiang University of Jiangxi province, China. She is good at photography and watercolor.
